Three BTC-native payment paths — choose the one that fits how you hold Bitcoin.
Tier 1: BTC-Backed Loan
Use your BTC as collateral for a loan. You keep your Bitcoin, and the seller receives USD at closing through a licensed BTC lender.
Tier 2: BTC → USD Conversion
Your BTC is converted to USD at the locked exchange rate at closing. The seller receives USD through a licensed payment processor.
Tier 3: Direct BTC Settlement
The seller accepts BTC directly. Both parties must complete enhanced identity verification. The transaction settles on-chain.
Fee Breakdown
The 1% marketing fee is collected by the title company at closing, not by Sats n' Keys directly.
When buyer and seller agree on a price, we record the agreed BTC amount and USD equivalent at the time of agreement. This recorded rate serves as the reference point for closing. This is not escrow — it's a digital handshake.
