What we do
We're connecting Bitcoin holders to title companies, attorneys, and brokers we vet for crypto competency — no custody, no escrow, just deal flow. The regulated parts of a transaction stay with the licensed professionals who do this for a living. We handle the marketplace, the BTC-native pricing, and the introductions.

What we don't do
- ·We don't custody Bitcoin. Funds move directly between buyer, seller, and the licensed payment partner. We never touch them.
- ·We're not a broker or agent. We don't represent either side of a transaction or give real estate advice. We're a listing marketplace and partner referral hub.
- ·We're not a payment processor. BTC payments are handled by licensed third parties (BitPay, Strike, BTCPay) when conversion is needed.

I started Sats n' Keys because the first wave of Bitcoin holders is hitting the age where they want to buy houses — and the existing real estate stack has no idea what to do with them. The infrastructure to settle a property in BTC exists; it just isn't connected. That's what we're building.
